A day of tea
The grand blessing of Bon Appetea was held recently at the newly transferred Bacolod branch at Balay Quince, with Rev. Fr. Deo Camon of the Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish officiating.
Welcoming the guests were the company's main pillars, general manager Joy Reyes and chief operations officer Tenny Taguba, who also led in the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Highlight of the affair was when guests were treated to the restaurant's best sellers. Among the milk tea favorites that day was the nirvana, a milk tea with a combination of Assam black tea and watermelon. Complementing the milk tea was an array of waffles of different flavors, pasta, soup, and rice bowls.
The first branch in Bacolod was located at the second floor of Balay Quince, which opened in 2015. A year later, the second branch was inaugurated at the University Courtyard along La Salle Avenue. This 2017, the Balay Quince branch transferred to a more accessible ground floor location, in the same building, at Lacson Street.
It began as an express brew tea shop in Pasig City. As milk tea became more popular, Bon Appetea became unique, by creating premium-flavored drinks and a wide array of tea-based drinks and meals that complement the drinks. The company has grown, with 71 stores nationwide.*
