Motorcycle driver
injured in Bacolod

A driver was injured when his motorcycle collided with a tricycle at Murcia Road, Villa Magdalena in Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City, at about 7:20 a.m. yesterday.

Rolly Solis, 40, of Barangay Minoyan in Murcia, Negros Occidental, was brought to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital, a police report said.

Traffic investigation showed that the Rusi 110 motorcycle with no plate number of Solis was travelling west of the road and about to overtake an unidentified vehicle when he collided with the Kawasaki tricycle of Julius Subiate, 27, of Barangay Mansilingan in Bacolod, police records show.

Subiate was executing a left turn going south of the road when the accident happened.The motorcycle and tricycle were both damaged, police records show.*SGG
