The P300-million home real estate development of Cebu-based King Properties - the Casa Rufina - was introduced in a grand launch at L’Fisher Hotel in Bacolod City Wednesday.
Casa Rufina, named after the wife of company founder, Juanito King, is its first horizontal economic housing project outside Cebu, and located in Dos Hermanas, Talisay City, or about five kilometers away from the Bacolod-Silay Airport.
“Our company’s priority is to create and deliver communities with great regard for society,” King Properties president, Jason King, said.
With 367 units, Casa Rufina is divided into two housing types – Mitienda and Micasa.
The amenities include a pool, clubhouse, a mini green park and a Beverly Hills-inspired palm drive.
King Properties is planning another project in Bacolod City and both vertical and horizontal projects in Iloilo City by next year. It is also looking into the possibility of expanding to Cagayan de Oro, General Santos, and Davao.*JAB
