Members of the 1303rd Squadron of the Coast Guard Auxiliary District of Southern Visayas recently conducted a get together in Bacolod City, attended by high-ranking officials, spearheaded by squadron director, Capt Renato Yulo.

Also present were Commo Ed Villanueva, Cdrs RCJ, Joel Tanaid, Chito Jalandoni, Ernesto Coo, Andy Feria, Tony Genovea, Kenneth Siao, Nap Conmigo, and Manuel Ong, Captains Ben Ortega, Pinky Tupas, and Bert Salvador, and Lcdr Jed Yulo.

They talked and finalized the upcoming International Coastal Clean Up 2018. In consonance with the squadron’s environmental initiatives, the Pulupandan Sangguniang Bayan also held a meeting to discuss and resolve important matters since the municipality’s southwestern coastline will be the venue for the international event, with SB Andy Feria as the Environmental Project chairman.

The clean-up project will be conducted simultaneously in various parts of the Philippines tomorrow, and in more than 112 countries.*
