Governor names acting PEMO head

Negros Occidental Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson has named an acting head of the Provincial Environment Management Office.

Dr. Rowena Parcon, a PEMO division head, was named to the post, Provincial Human Resource Management Officer Annabelle Palic said yesterday.

Parcon replaces Wifred Ramon Peñalosa who retired as PEMO head last month.

Lacson earlier said there will be no changes among the other department heads of the provincial government.*
