NOHS Inter-Class bowlfest
championship round starts

 

Class ’73, Batch ’97 and Batch 2000-Up remain dominant in their respective division of the 2019 Negros Occidental High School General Alumni Homecoming Inter-class Bowling Fellowship at the Negros Super Lanes in Bacolod City.

The ’73 ball rollers collected 1,458 pin falls to lead the premiere division, while Batch ’97 pin crushers and Batch ‘2000-Up hauled 1,474 and 1,459, respectively for the No.1 spot in category B and C.

To challenge C’73 in the battle for the tournament’s crown are Batch ’94 with 1,442; Class ’66, 1,415; Class ’89, 1,392; Batch ’95, 1,381; Class ’87, 1,375; Class ’85, 1,372; Batch ’97, 1,368; Class’84, 1,340 and Golden Team, 1,338 in the class A department;

Batch ’90, 1,456; Batch ’92, 1,377; Class ’65, 1,374; Class ’83, 1,365; Batch ’96, 1,350; Class ’68, 1,347 and Class ’86, 1,322 (bracket B);

Class ’70, 1,381; Class ’80, 1,368; Batch ’91, 1,327; Batch ’98, 1,281; Class ’88, 1,273; Class ’77, 1,246, and Class ’67 (bracket C).

The second outing of the 5-gamefinal rounds is scheduled today starting at 5 p.m.

After five rounds, the top four teams in three divisions contested will vie for the crown in an up-the-ladder system to determine the champion on April 13.*HLG
