Ten of the 27 Talisay City Barangay Sangguniang Kabataan Councils have passed the 2024 SK Functionality Assessment (SKFA).
Talisay City ranked third with having the most Barangay SK Council passers with 10, trailing behind Hinigaran with 11, following La Carlota City, with 14.
The SK Functionality Assessment (SKFA) aims to ensure accountability, transparency, and functionality in every SK council as mandated by the Department of the Interior and Local Government.
A total of 112 Barangay SK Councils in Negros Occidental passed the 2024 SKFA, according to a statement from the Talisay City Government.
The 10 Talisay City Barangay SK Council passers of the 2024 SKFA composed of Barangays Bubog, Zone 4-A, Zone 4, Dos Hermanas, Efigenio Lizares, Zone 12-A, Zone 9, Zone 14, Zone 15 and Zone 3.*
