Sixteen of the 149 job applicants, who are residents of Victorias City, Negros Occidental, who joined the Special Recruitment Activity on Feb. 19, were hired on the spot for employment by the Global Strategic, a Metro Manila-based company that provides customized business processes outsourcing solutions to a wide range of companies worldwide.
Javier Miguel “Javi” Benitez of the Betty Bantug Benitez Foundation Inc. brought Global Strategic to Victorias City, who in their nationwide recruitment program, partners with local non-government organizations and link up with selected local government units.
The job interviews were held at the Don Alejandro Acuña Yap Quiña Arts and Cultural Center in Victorias City.
The recruitment activity covered placement for the following positions – Back Office Associate, Virtual Assistant, Call Center Representatives, Accounting Analyst, Accountant, Recruitment Support Specialist, Search Engine Optimization Specialist and Trainer, a press statement from Benitez said.*
