A 19-year-old ended up in a jail cell after he was apprehended during a drug buy-bust operation conducted by Bacolod Police Station 6 in Purok Gonzaga, Brgy. Taculing, on Saturday, February 28.
The suspect, identified as alias ‘Rey,’ was caught in possession of nine sachets of suspected shabu with a combined weight of approximately three grams and an estimated market value of P20,400.
Aside from the illegal drugs, authorities recovered a P500 marked bill, P300 in cash proceeds, and a blue coin purse from the resident.
The suspect is currently detained at Bacolod Police Station 6 where he faces formal charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.*
