Unidentified gunmen separately shot and injured two victims on November 21 in San Carlos City and Toboso, Negros Occidental, police said.
Ember Macapobre suffered a gunshot wound on his right arm after he was shot by an unidentified gunman in Sitio Aglolood, Brgy. Palampas, San Carlos City.
Police investigations showed that Macapobre, 35, and his wife, were on their way home on a board a motorcycle when he was shot by the suspect.
The victim was immediately brought to the San Carlos District Hospital for treatment of his injury.
Mel John Cuevas also sustained gunshot injuries in his right leg and left forehand after being shot by an unidentified suspect on Sunday in Sitio Quarry, Brgy. Poblacion, Toboso.
Cuevas is now being treated at the Lopez District Farmer Hospital in Sagay City.
Recovered from the scene of incident were three fired cartridges and a deformed slug.*
