• GILBERT P. BAYORAN

Two men believed to be ‘salvage’ victims were found yesterday in Bago City, Negros Occidental.

The two victims, who remained unidentified as of last night, were discovered lying along the side of the road, covered by plants, in Brgy. Dulao, Bago City.

PSSgt. Armando Arao, Bago City police investigator, raised the possibility that the two victims may have been dumped in the area.

Arao described one of the victims with a having a red tattoo of a cross on his left arm, while the other appeared to have blonde hair.

The two victims had both their hands and feet hogtied.

The mouth of one of the victims was stuffed with packaging tape, while the other’s head was covered with cloth, according to reports.

Arao disclosed that nobody was reported missing in Brgy. Dulao, Bago City.

He encouraged those who have missing family members to coordinate with the Bago City Police Station.*
