Three hundred two stranded Negrenses and Bacolodnons from Manila will arrive at the Bacolod Real Estate Development Corporation port in Bacolod City today.
Lt. Comm. Jansen Benjamin, Philippine Coast Guard-Negros Occidental head, said yesterday that the repatriated Negrenses and Bacolodnons boarded the St. Leo the Great vessel from Manila at about 11:42 a.m. yesterday, and are expected to arrive at the Bredco port at 8:42 a.m. today.
The passengers are composed of five authorized persons outside residence (APORs), an overseas Filipino worker (OFW), and 294 locally stranded individuals (LSIs).
The St. Leo the Great also have 61 passengers bound for Iloilo, and 45 for Cagayan de Oro.*
