39th Negros Trade Fair moves to Taguig

The 39th Negros Trade Fair (NTF) returns this September 23 to 28, at a new venue, the SMX Convention Center Aura, SM Aura Premier, in Taguig City.

Organized by the Association of Negros Producers (ANP), the fair continues its tradition as the country’s longest-running provincial trade event, celebrating the creativity, resilience, and evolving identity of Negrense enterprise.

HIMBON

The 2025 theme, HIMBON, is a Hiligaynon word meaning “to gather.” It captures the essence of this year’s fair—bringing together makers, materials, communities, and stories that shape the Negrense identity.

According to a press release from the organizers, this year’s design features six mandalas, each one representing an essential aspect of life in Negros Occidental: gastronomy, fashion, heritage, home, ingredients, and natural resources. These symbols speak of connection, memory, and meaning—and will be reflected across booth displays, event visuals, and official collaterals.

A THOUGHTFUL MOVE

Relocating to SMX Convention Center Aura offers a refreshed setting that aligns with the fair’s direction. The venue provides access to a wider urban audience and allows for enhanced visitor engagement through in-mall activations, culinary showcases, and curated exhibits.

This new space brings local craftsmanship into a vibrant and modern environment, helping producers expand visibility and grow their networks with both buyers and supporters in Metro Manila.

FROM RECOGNITION TO LAUNCH

The 39th Negros Trade Fair follows the successful culmination of the 32nd Bulawan Awards, held alongside the 3rd Pilak Awards and the 2nd ANP–PGNO Balik Salig Awards—a joint effort between the Association of Negros Producers and the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental. These programs celebrate product design, cultural heritage, and inclusive enterprise development across the province.

With these milestones wrapped up, the ANP officially launched the 39th Negros Trade Fair in Bacolod City – setting the stage for a gathering that brings together products, people, and partnerships that contribute to the continued growth of Negros Occidental. This local launch builds on the momentum of province-led initiatives, reflecting a shared commitment to champion local enterprise, strengthen community programs, and bring Negrense creativity to a wider audience.
