The Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) yesterday honored four outstanding police commissioned officers for their exemplary contributions to law enforcement and the community in Bacolod City.
P/Col. Joeresty Coronica, BCPO director, led the conferment of awards to recipients, including P/Maj. Eugene Tolentino, P/Maj. Joeil Marc Reclamado, P/Maj. Rondyl Tapang, and P/Maj. Elmer Bonilla.
The Police Station 2 led by Tolentino was recognized for having the highest number of illegal gambling operations, Police Station 5 headed by Reclamado for leading the campaign against loose firearms, Tapang of Police Station 3 for the campaign against illegal drugs and Police Station 4 under Bonilla for his exceptional efforts in the campaign against wanted persons.
The event reinforced the BCPO’s mission to recognize excellence, motivate personnel, and strengthen camaraderie—ensuring that each officer remains steadfast in their sworn duty to serve and protect the people of Bacolod City, a statement from the BCPO said.*
