Bacolod Mayor Evelio Leonardia congratulated yesterday Bacolodnon Justine Valero Cientos for placing number 4 in the Chemical Engineering Licensure Examination last October 3 to 5.
Justine’s performance in the PRC-administered licensure examinations certainly serves as an inspiration to would-be engineers and young students. It will motivate many to strive harder to achieve academic excellence and develop their competitive skills, the mayor said.
“Let me also congratulate on behalf of the Bacolod City government, Justine’s family, the Colegio San Agustin- Bacolod community and his mentors for molding him into a role model for the youth,” Leonardia added.*
