“This year’s roster of winners represents excellent storytelling– the kind that informs, inspires and makes an impactful difference in their communities. They show how great journalism plays a crucial role in shaping public discourse and driving progress,” said Yoly Crisanto, Chief Sustainability and Corporate Communications Officer at Globe.
“Through GMEA@11, Globe celebrates their dedication to their craft while also reinforcing the timeless importance of innovative, substantive, and responsible journalism,” she added.

The new GMEA@11 trophy is made from recycled plastic. It represents momentum and dynamism, reflecting how impactful journalism pushes boundaries and drives conversations forward with strength and purpose. Beyond its form, the trophy captures creativity and expression through its abstract yet minimalist design, distilling complex ideas into clarity that resonates.
The thoughtful craftsmanship serves as a tribute to those who elevate storytelling through their work, reinforcing GMEA@11’s commitment to recognizing journalism that informs, engages, and inspires. The full list of winners will be available at the GMEA@11 website at www.glbe.co/gmea.*
