The Alliance of Concerned Consumers in Electricity and Social Services (ACCESS) through its president Wennie Sancho, on behalf of its members, expressed heartfelt appreciation for the recent decrease in electricity rates.

“Negros Power’s efforts to reduce rates at P11.69 per kWh have made a significant impact on our household budget. We acknowledged the hard work and dedication of Negros Power in making electricity more affordable and accessible to us. Negros Power’s commitment to providing reliable and efficient services combined with competitive rates has not gone unnoticed,” a statement from the group said.

ACCESS appreciates the positive impact of this rate reduction in the daily lives of its consumers. Your efforts have helped us save on our electricity bills, allowing us to allocate resources more effectively, it said.

ACCESS thanked Negros Power for its efforts in keeping electricity rates low and look forward to continuing their partnership. It also expressed its appreciation for the power utility firm’s commitment to the community.

“We hope that this declaration of appreciation conveys our gratitude to Negros Power for your efforts in reducing electricity rates,” the group’s statement added.*
