As part of the company’s ongoing development and to cope with the fast-paced demand in the landscape, the Active Group took a step towards their commitment to providing excellent service in the region.
On February 20, the Active Group, through a ceremonial blessing and ribbon-cutting event, officially opened to the public its newly built Information Center located in front of the CentralE Residence, Barangay Mandalagan, Bacolod City.
The Active Group’s brokers, agents, and business partners convened to witness and celebrate the milestone. The newly established Information Center reflects the company’s continued commitment to providing better accessibility and service excellence to its clients and stakeholders across the province of Negros Occidental.
It is a strategy of the Active Group to position its Information Center at the heart of Bacolod City as it aims to cater to all the growing demand for its services while fostering closer connections with the local community.
“Our stakeholders and clients can expect that the new Information Center in Bacolod will be a convenient and accessible place where they can explore options, be informed, and make well-informed decisions. We want to make the process easier and straightforward, ensuring that all clients are confident in their next step,” said Alice Tolentino, Assistant Vice President for Sales.
The event was blessed by Rev. Fr. Ferdinand Mercado.

Active Group has been one of the pioneering real estate developers in the Philippines, operating for more than 50 years in the landscape and is one of the leading land developers in Negros Occidental. They have various real estate facilities and amenities across the province, which offers townhouses, residential lands, commercial lands, and other services.
As they open new doors in the heart of Bacolod City, they are now selling residential and commercial lands in Bacolod City and in various cities in the province of Negros Occidental. With their dedication to creating a sustainable and functional home for their clients, Active Group are also offering house construction services that can accommodate everyone regardless of their land developers or providers.
With its new Information Center, the Active Group is continuing to pursue its mission to provide a sustainable development in the landscape of real estate in the region, to make itself more accessible, and to easily connect with its clients.
“Our mission has always been to provide high-quality, accessible, and well-planned developments that empower individuals and families to achieve homeownership and build lasting wealth,” Tolentino highlighted.
The company’s dedication to providing wealth through home equity and community building made them different from their competitors. “By bringing people together, we aim to create more opportunities and contribute to Bacolod’s growing real estate market,” she added.*
