A 19-year-old female and two male minors in Barangay Vista Alegre ganged up and beat a 14-year-old boy outside a school on Thursday, according to a police report.
The victim and his friend were waiting outside their school gate when two 17-year-old boys attacked him. One of the suspects punched him from behind using a brass knuckle, while the other kicked him, allegedly as ordered by his girlfriend, an out-of-school-youth.
The mother of the victim, Roselyn Delicana, said that they went to the City Health Office to have the condition of her son examined, and they are currently waiting for the result of the CT scan.
“We want them to pay for the damages,” Delicana said.
Delicana added that they received a call about the incident and immediately went to Bacolod City Police Station 7, together with the teachers and suspect.
In addition, Delicana and her family went to the Department of Social Service and Development office on Friday, to ask for assistance regarding their case.
The mother believes that it was a case of mistaken identity, as her son has the same features as the supposed target.*
