Oil companies will again implement upward price adjustments today, given the impact of developments in the international market.
In an advisory Monday, Caltex said prices of its gasoline products will increase by P0.35 per liter, diesel by P0.70 per liter, and kerosene by P0.50 per liter, effective 6:01 am on July 15.
Petron will also increase gasoline prices by P0.70/L, P1.40/L for diesel and P0.80/L for kerosene.
On the other hand, Seaoil and PTT Philippines will hike gasoline prices by P0.70 per liter and diesel by P1.40 per liter, effective 6 a.m. on the same day.
At the same time, Seaoil will also hike the price of kerosene by P0.80 per liter.
Oil prices have been on the rise again in the international market, partly on worries that the US will impose tougher sanctions on Russia, a major oil producer.*PNA
