The Bacolod City government will implement a “no appointment, no transaction” policy in the application for or renewal of 2021 business permits, and in the conduct of the Business One-Stop-Shop (BOSS).
Clients are advised to secure an appointment with the Business Processing and Licensing Office at the Bacolod Government Center before the renewal of their business permits, an advisory from the city Permits and License Division said.
It added that this will allow the BPLO to limit the number of clients per day to ensure the strict observance of minimum health protocols, especially on social distancing.
To secure an online appointment, clients are advised to log in to https://ols3.bacolodcity.gov.ph/ while walk-in applicants may directly set an appointment at the BPLO, or at the city booth located at the ground floor of Ayala Malls Capitol Central.
Mayor Evelio Leonardia recently issued an executive order instructing all barangays of Bacolod City to participate in the 2021 BOSS that will run from January 4 to March 31, 2021. Leonardia said all barangays, through their barangay captains, shall install or set up their own offsite tables at the Ayala Malls Capitol Central for the duration of the BOSS and assign at least two personnel, who shall be responsible for processing the issuance of barangay clearances that are required for the processing of business permits.*
