The cadaver was already in a state of decomposition, when the police opened the vehicle yesterday.

Witnesses said that vehicle parked near the BREDCO Port Gate 1 in Bacolod City, since Monday.

Police raised the possibility that Peña may have already been dead for 24 hours.
