P/Col. Joseph Thomas Martir, officer-in-charge of the Bacolod City Police Office, yesterday said that there was no indication that he was robbed, since his valuables as well as personal belongings, including his service firearm, a Glock 9mm pistol, are still in his car.

The cadaver was already in a state of decomposition, when the police opened the vehicle yesterday.

Witnesses said that vehicle parked near the BREDCO Port Gate 1 in Bacolod City, since Monday.
