Intelligence operatives from Bacolod City Police Office Station 4 dismantled a suspected criminal hideout early Tuesday morning, leading to the recovery of several firearms and replicas in Barangay 23.
The raid targeted the residence of a 51-year-old man known by the alias ‘Marlon,’ along Gasataya Street, Purok Mahinagpanon.
Upon searching the premises at approximately 6:16 a.m., officers seized an assortment of firearms and firearm replicas.
According to intelligence reports, the suspect is allegedly linked to a string of previous hold-up incidents in the area, often using the weapons to intimidate victims.
In a statement, Bacolod City Police Office said it continues to conduct aggressive and proactive measures to prevent crimes, especially those involving firearms.*
