The Atrezzo Elite defeated Atrezzo Eco, 66-45, during their game on Friday evening. The Elites got out to a strong start and led 16-8 after one quarter, but team Eco came out better in the second and were able to take a three point lead by halftime.
Eco continued to look competitive in the third quarter, but the Elites responded with an 18-10 run to flip the game entirely, building a 5-point lead going into the final 10 minutes which inflated to 21 point margin after outscoring Atrezzo Eco 24-8 by the time the final buzzer ended.
Jeffrey Maningo led Atrezzo Elite with 12 points and earned player of the game honors. DK Equipaje followed up with 9 points and Doc Judah Gozar added 8. Meanwhile, Monroe Chua led Atrezzo Eco with 10 markers.
In the other game, Terramax AT defeated Terramax CVR, 74-59. The CVR team held the lead for the first two quarters, outscoring AT, 20-18 and 17-5, respectively, to lead by 14 points at the half.
Terramax AT came into the second half out with a different attitude as Miguel Mosquera took over, scoring 12 points for his team in the third. They then outscored CVR, 25-11, in the final quarter to take home their second win in a row in this conference.
Harvey Eslawa led Terramax AT, accruing 28 points, while Miguel Mosquera amassed 15 points and took player of the game honors. Michael Calibo collected 12 points for Terramax CVR, while Albert Magdato and Michael Deocadiz had 10 and 9 points, respectively.*
