The USLS Born 2012 grabbed the championship crown on October 9, at the Bago City Field and Oval, after a free header from Hoaquin Ortega caught the back of the net, coming from a corner kick of Chlyde Miraflores ending the match 1-0 against Dolphins Football Club.
Shortly thereafter, the game and remaining games were postponed indefinitely by a lightning strike that hit a tree close to the grandstand.
Born 2011 and 2015 also managed to qualify into the quarterfinals in the previous day.
