Bacolodnon Pia Marie Ortaliz-Yanson is one of the nine inspiring leaders in the country featured in the June 2024 issue of the Rising Tigers Magazine*

A Bacoleña is the cover leader of the Rising Tigers Magazine, in its June 2024 issue, where she is featured along with nine other inspiring leaders from different industries.

Pia Marie Ortaliz-Yanson, described as an entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist, and dedicated mother, was in Bacolod Monday for a magazine signing event at the National Bookstore in Gaisano City.

The cover of the Rising Tigers Magazine is titled “Power and Purpose of Pia Yanson”.

“We all have our individual power and purpose in life. And it is up to us to use that power and our purpose for the good of humanity. I feel deeply in my heart that my purpose is to inspire everyone to be better versions of themselves, to help one another. So I hope that my story today will inspire you as leaders, as well as the rest of humanity,” she said in her speech during the event.

Pia is a cum laude graduate of the University of St. La Salle where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

She is a 2016 and 2020 awardee of The Philippine Nurses Association of New York for her “Exemplary Service and Generosity in Support for the BALIK-TURO,” a project of the organization that promotes educational conferences held at Silliman University, as well as a 2023 Ambassador’s Cup Awardee of the Philippine Humanitarian Coalition based in Washington DC, founded by Ambassador Jose Cuisia, Jr., former Philippine Ambassador to the United States, for her unwavering support in PHC’s mission in providing basic relief and rehabilitation to survivors of natural calamities and man-made disasters in the Philippines and engage in specific relief activities consistent in promoting international solidarity.
