Bacolod Councilor Cindy Rojas is requesting locally stranded individuals (LSIs) and returning Bacolodnons to comply with certain requirements before they could be sent their notice of coordination.
Rojas said her office will facilitate the travel authority from the Philippine National Police for LSIs coming from Manila and will email it together with the notice of coordination.
LSIs and returning residents are required to send to her office a copy of any Philippine-issued identification card showing their name, picture, address, and signature, she said.
They are also required to provide the contact number in their specific address in Bacolod City, and to submit a medical certificate from the City Health Office in their current location, or any facility stating that they are fit to travel and do not manifest any symptoms of Covid-19.
LSIs from Cebu are required to send a copy of their PNP travel authority.
All requirements should be sent to spmcindyrojas@yahoo.com.*
