A total of 64 Asenso Yuhum housing units in Barangay Vista Alegre in Bacolod City, are slated to be turned over to beneficiaries on January 25.
The Asenso Yuhum Housing Units under the 4PH program of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, is an initiative of the administration of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez and Bacolod Housing Authority Head Victoria Parreñas yesterday met with DHSUD – Western Visayas regional director Eva Marfil and Pag-IBIG representative Kenneth Macoy to finalize the details of the activity.
During the meeting, Pag-IBIG presented a sample amortization plan for a 24-square-meter unit, which amounts to P2,194.84 per month under the graduated amortization scheme, with a maximum repayment term of 30 years.
The event marks a milestone in the city’s 4PH housing initiative, highlighting the strong collaboration between the local and national governments in addressing the housing needs of Bacolod residents, according to a statement issued by the City Public Information Office.*
