The Bacolod Business Inn, the hotel known for its value-for-money food, services, and accommodations, has reopened on July 9, with all of its services, including functions, now available, its press release said.
The reopening came with assurances from its management that necessary protocols will be strictly followed for the safety of its clients. Social and corporate events can now be held in its wide function halls.
Business Inn is also popular for its Cafe Biz restaurant. Open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., it offers authentic Negrense dishes, including laswa – the native garden vegetables stew, and kansi, a meat and bone-marrow soup. Other popular items are Filetto Romero, beef medallion, lumpia shanghai, sizzling bangus, and gambas.
