Happening from February 24 to 28 at Ayala Malls Capitol Central, the event will celebrate the city’s rich cultural heritage and contemporary creativity.

Guided by the theme “Ani ng Sining, Diwa at Damdamin” – Paghugpong sang Bacolodnon Pinaagi sa Taliambong (Unifying Bacolodnons through Art), the event aims to showcase the unique artistry of Bacolod while fostering unity and cultural pride through creative expression.
