The City Drug Enforcement Unit conducted the operation, led by Assistant Chief PLT. Richard Legada, at around 2:50 a.m. in Barangay Banago, Bacolod City.
The suspects were identified as 18-year-old Teodolo Aro, a high-value individual, and a resident of Purok Rojas, Barangay Tangub, and 26-year-old Veronica Alob, unemployed, single, and a resident of the barangay.
Authorities confiscated an estimated 100 grams of suspected shabu from the possession of the suspects.
