The Bacolod Sangguniang Panlungsod urged Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez to create Task Force Pabahay Bacolodnon (TFPB) to hasten the efficient and effective implementation of city shelter and human settlement programs and projects.
The resolution authored by Councilor Vladimir Gonzalez is intended to fast track/hasten the immediate implementation of housing program under the Benitez administration and to cater to the housing needs of the less fortunate Bacolodnon.
Under this task force, all officers and departments of Bacolod City will unite and cooperate into one force for the speedy action and solution of the housing problem of the people of Bacolod and for the greater economic impact of the city, it added.*
