Bacolod Mayor Greg Gasataya introduced his team, which includes former media personalities, a beauty queen, barangay official, retired policeman, former city official and employees, and former Sangguniang Panlalawigan member, during the inaugural session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Bacolod City on Wednesday.
Lawyer Marty Go, former ABS CBN reporter, was named Secretary to the Mayor, and former City Treasurer Arlene Memoria as supervising administrative officer.
Gasataya said his executive assistants include former councilor Ayesha Joy Villaflor, Jovelyn Canoy, lawyer Rhett Demonteverde, April Rose Mayo, former Sangguniang Panlalawigan member Patrick Lacson, Angelo Angolo and Richard Chiu, both former members of the media industry; Jan Paolo Aguila; Leo Bentingan, Aaron Bais, and Jose Villanueva, all former city employees; retired Police Col. Levy Pangue, lawyer Carlos Auxtero II, Ricky Malala, reigning Miss Bacolod MassKara Princess Ella Olmilla, and former Barangay 18 captain and kagawad Jonathan Diaz.
He said they are still finalizing the other members of his team.
Gasataya earlier named lawyers Mark Steven Mayo as City Administrator, Karol Joseph Chiu as City Legal Officer, and Reuben Sabig as head of the Transportation Department, during his inaugural speech on June 28.*
