Bacolod City has been recognized as a national finalist in the Highly Urbanized City Category for the 2025 Local Legislative Award, conferred by DILG yesterday, during the Philippine Councilors League National Congress at the World Trade Center Metro Manila in Pasay City.
The recognition is proudly shared with the members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod who represented Bacolod, namely Councilors Psyche Mari Sy, Roberto Rojas, Em Ang, Celia Flor, Caesar Distrito, and Dana Barzo.
