The members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Bacolod City passed six ordinances and 534 resolutions during their first 100 days in office.
Bacolod Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran yesterday said four out of the six ordinances passed were authored by Councilor Em Legaspi-Ang while the two others were authored by Councilors Al Victor Espino and Israel Salanga.
Familiaran said that Espino, chair of the SP Committee on Laws and Ordinances, had authored 270 resolutions out of the 534 resolutions passed by the SP.
Councilor Claudio Jesus Raymundo Puentevella authored 46 resolutions while Councilor Vladimir Gonzalez authored 43 resolutions, he said.
Familiaran said there are several ordinances that are still pending which will be accepted by the SP committees for a series of consultations with the different departments.*
