Bacolod Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with Metro Towing Services, represented by Francis Desales, after this was ratified by the Sangguniang Panlungsod Wednesday.
The MOA, as outlined in City Ordinance No. 1035, series of 2023, focuses on the regulation of towing vehicles, a pivotal step to streamlining traffic flow within the city.
This collaboration solidifies Metro Towing Services as the city’s designated partner in efficiently managing vehicular obstructions, contributing to the city’s ongoing efforts to alleviate congestion on major roadways.*
