The Brotherhood of Christian Businessmen & Professionals (BCBP) stands in solidarity with the Filipino people in calling for honesty, accountability and integrity in government.
Guided by our core advocacy “Be Honest” and our mission to bring Christ into the marketplace and the nation, they join the Trillion Peso March Movement as an act of faith, as a moral imperative.
This movement is not about partisan politics, it is about principle. It is not about power, it is about people – especially the poor and the vulnerable who suffer the most when public funds are wasted or worse, stolen.
According to a press release, The BCBP Western Negros Region in partnership with the University of St. La Salle Bacolod held a Forum Against Corruption on October 25, at the Violeta Hall along the USLS Coliseum.
ZTE Whistleblower Jun Lozada spoke about the Trillion Pesos March Movement thrust against corruption, honesty, and accountability in the Philippine government. Also invited to speak was Atty. Cesar Beloria, representing the Council of Concerned Citizens.
USLS Political Science and Social Studies Major students attended the forum together with civil society sectors.*
