A benefit concert and dinner titled “Pag-isa sa Kawsa” was held at the Franco Residence in Gardenville Subdivision, Bacolod City on January 12 to raise support for families displaced by the recent Mt. Kanlaon volcano eruption, a press release from the organizers said.
Organized by Judilyn Franco, the concert featured performances by Pillars of Fire, the Franco Family, and the Massebah Christian Church Choir, entertaining more than 100 guests.
Following the concert, relief efforts were conducted in La Castellana, benefiting 200 families, which included the distribution of food packs and hygiene kits, and medical check-ups provided by the Massebah Christian Church Medical team.
The relief distribution was facilitated in partnership with Calvary Baptist Church and La Castellana Evangelical Church.*
