In a statement, Dr. Paul Martinez, Global Analyst Affairs and Executive Director of RPMD, disclosed that the survey was conducted independently and without commission, utilizing a comprehensive set of parameters.

Martinez added that the survey parameters included district representation, legislative performance, and constituent service.

This rigorous approach ensures a detailed and holistic evaluation of the Representatives, offering in-depth insights into their effectiveness in key areas of governance and public service, he added.

The “Boses ng Bayan” survey of RMPD was conducted between September 20 and 30 this year.*
