The Bacolod Yuhum Foundation is inviting everyone to join BaCon Pop 2024, the biggest pop culture event of this year, on October 19 to 20, at the Central Hall of the Ayala Malls Capitol Central, according to a press release from the BYF.
Founded in 2018, BaCon Pop gathered enthusiasts to showcase the thriving pop culture of Bacolod City. Fast forward to 2024, it has become a staple crowd-getter and the official pop culture event of the annual MassKara Festival with new surprises for people of all ages.
According to the event’s official website, this year’s BaCon Pop promises to be “bigger and better than ever before,” with games, contests, Market Street, Artists Alley, displays, demos and a lot more for Bacolodnons to enjoy.
BaCon Pop 2024 will fly in famous cosplayer Myrtle Sarrosa and Prince de Guzman, alongside digital creator AWIE.
Fans will also be treated to a Tekken 8 Tournament, Pro Cosplay Contest, and Fanclub Fanchant Clash during the two-day event.
