Barangay Granada once again dominated the 44th MassKara Festival Street Dance and Arena Competition, besting 9 other contests in Bacolod City yesterday.
It received P1 million in cash prize in addition to P75,000 for winning the Best in Headdress, Mask and Costume; Best in Theme; and Best in Music with a cash prize of P25,000 each.
Barangay Tangub was declared first runner-up and won P500,000 in cash.
Barangay Sum-ag was second runner-up and received P3000,000 in cash. It also won the Best Intro, receiving P25,000.
Non-winning barangays received P100,000 each.*
