Buglas Filipinas will represent the Philippines with a pure homegrown Negrense line up in the 11-a-side Girls 14 Category of SingaCup 2023, after clinching the championship title of the COPA ABB 3rd Edition Visayas Regional Championships, Girls Born 2009, against San Carlos City, held at Panaad Football Stadium on July 1 and 2.
The 13th Edition of SingaCup, which will kick off November 4-11 this year, is an international youth football tournament held in Singapore, presented by Dynamique Konzepts Pte Ltd.
Nine teams participated in the 2-day Visayas championship, including those from City of Bacolod, and invited teams from Dumaguete City: Futbolitos FC; Escalante City: Manlambus United FC; Iloilo City: Ludere Deo FC; Talisay-Silay: Sabas Lokal FC, The City of San Carlos, and EJNHS FC from Hinigaran.
The Mixed 2010 Category was won by San Carlos City, who out classed Sum-ag Elementary School during the finals, after the latter beat La Salle Stingers Futbol with 3-2 score line in the semifinals.

Buglas Filipinas is mentored by coach Luis Christian Clauor with coach Rachelle Beatrize Semillano, and is composed of Niña Sulitas (goalkeeper), Renee Gavriel Animathea Lomugdang, Shanel Dominique Molequin, Claudia Elise Montinola, Kelsy Anub, Yannah Marie Amar, Rothere Allahnaise Obfenda, Nathalie Rhaine Andres, Beatrice Antonio, Leslie Flores, Hushlee De Larrazabal, Alliane Marcelino, Nicole Segovia, Nashlie Albiar and Krisnah Mae Lopez.*
