The SingaCup bound Buglas Filipinas (Central Bacolod) NOFA U-14 girls were crowned Visayas Region Champions at the PFF Festival of Football held in Sta. Barbara, Iloilo on September 2.
The 9-a-side finals was against the Panay Football Association born 2009 Girls, where the first round ended with a score of 4-1 and the second round, 4-0.
Also with NOFA delegation are the Boys born 2008 (Pontevedra) and Girls born 2007(San Carlos City) who also earned the title of champion against regional teams from Central Visayas FA and Panay FA.
Co-presented by Japan Football Association PFF Festival of Football is a grassroots football development program of Philippines Football Federation where exemplary players will be included to the talent pool that will represent the country in upcoming international meets.
Powered by Bacolod City Mayors office, Buglas Futbol Regional Association, Inc., Mdot, Hoshii Japanese Restaurant, The Sketchy Horse, Abanse Negrense sports program headed by Governor Bong Lacson, Trinity Christian School, and Negros Occidental Football Association, the girl’s team is mentored by Coach Luis Christian Clauor, with Coach JI Seva and Rachelle Beatrize Semillano.
