Cadiz City government yesterday started releasing additional P40,000 in bonuses to its 800 employees.
The additional bonuses are more than the P30,000 the city government gave last year, Mayor Salvador Escalante said.
Escalante also said that the additional bonuses are composed of P25,000 in signing bonus under its Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) with its employees union; P5,000 in Productivity Enhancement Incentive and P10,000 as additional Service Recognition Incentive (SRI).
We will release the Performance-Based Bonus (PBB), which is 50 percent of an employee’s salary, starting next week, Escalante added.
He also said that they are still waiting for guidelines on performance bonus for casuals and job order employees.*
