Cadiz City recently celebrated its Tourism Week 2025 with a tour guiding competition and tourism video contest.
The event, held at Balay Cadiznon on September 11, was organized by the City Tourism Office under Tourism Operations Officer Julie Grace Batislaon-Dominguez.
The competitions, aligned with this year’s Tourism Month theme “Tourism and Sustainable Transformation,” showcased local talent and promoted the city’s attractions.
Tour guiding competition winners were Annica Grace Roble of SPED High School, coached by Jona Gabayeron, who won first place; Ericah Colline Celiz also of SPED High School, second place; and Joshua Gargar of TNHS Magsaysay EHS, coached by Negielyn Subong, third.
Meanwhile, tourism video contest winners were Shanaia Kaye Pamintuan and Rhiane Wyeth Llaguno, first place, and Gabriel Forrosuelo, second.*
