Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson confirmed yesterday that he has designated an officer-in-charge of the Capitol Hospital Operations Division and the chiefs of two provincial-managed hospitals.
Lacson said that he designated Dr. Girlie Pinongan as OIC t of the Hospital Operations Division, to replace Leonardo Eusebio, who is due for retirement next year.
Eusebio has been reassigned to the Office of the Governor on April 22.
Lacson also designated Dr. Josephine Pahamtang as OIC of the Cadiz District Hospital, replacing Pinongan.
Dr. Mary Ann Palermo-Maestral replaced Dr. Maria Estrella Ledesma as OIC of the Teresita Lopez Jalandoni Provincial Hospital in Silay City.
Ledesma has already retired from the government service. Lacson also announced that lawyer Anabelle Palic, former head of the Capitol Human Resource Division, will take over the operations of the Negros First Cyber Center.*
