Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informed its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on September 10 and 11. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:
Date: September 10, 2021 – Friday, 7am to 10am
Reason: Installation of one 25kVa private pole mounted distribution transformer with its accessories, and stringing of service wire
Areas Affected: AF3 (portion only) Pedrosa Village, Brgy. Alijis
September 11, 2021 – Saturday, 6am to 7am and 3pm to 4pm
Reasons:
• Shutdown of Alijis Feeder 3 (AF3) for shifting/cut-off load of Murcia Feeders 1 and 2 (MUF1 and MUF2) to Alijis Feeder;
• Repair of oil leakage from offload tap changer of 30MVA power transformer and repair hotspot at Murcia substation, Bangga Puyas, municipality of Murcia; and
• Replacement of rotten poles and line clearing covering MUF1 and MUF2
