As what the famous line from the movie Spiderman says, “With great power, comes great responsibility.” This was shared by Assistant Regional Director for Management Services Andres Untal during his message at the turn-over ceremony of incoming CENR officer of DENR-CENRO Kabankalan Wilfredo Canto and outgoing CENRO Rosievel Dimatulac.
Assistant Regional Director for Special Concerns Ivene Reyes, Chief of Legal Division Atty. Noel Empleo and OIC-PENR Officer Joan Nathaniel Gerangaya were one in their statement in congratulating and wishing Canto and Dimatulac in their new assignments.
Canto thanked everyone for warmly welcoming him and asked for the same commitment and support they extended to Dimatulac in order to continue being one of the best performing CENROs.
Dimatulac was touched by the tribute and gifts prepared by CENRO Kabankalan personnel as they show their gratitude to her being an efficient and effective leader.

Afternoon of the same day, turn-over ceremony of incoming CENRO of DENR -CENRO Bago Rosievel Dimatulac and outgoing CENRO Joan Nathaniel Gerangaya was conducted at CENRO Bago Office at Bantayan Park, Bago City.
The same DENR officials attended and gave their messages of support to both Dimatulac and Gerangaya as they continue to take the lead in the conservation and preservation of the natural resources in Negros Occidental.*
