Carlos Hilado Memorial State University (CHMSU) College of Education celebrates the remarkable achievement of its graduates in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
Graduates from the university’s Alijis, Binalbagan, and Talisay campuses posted impressive results, with both first-time takers and overall passers recording passing rates that far exceeded the national averages for both Elementary and Secondary levels, a press release from CHMSU said.

Reaching new heights in the field of education, CHMSU has officially secured 7th place among the Top Performing Schools at the Elementary level nationwide.
The university garnered an exceptional 96.43 percent passing rate, further cementing its reputation as a premier training ground for competent and future-ready educators.
Adding to the institution’s pride, two of its graduates landed spots in the top ten highest placers nationwide. Kim Patricia Espinosa, LPT, clinched Rank 5 with an impressive score of 94.20 percent under the Secondary Education category. Meanwhile, Nera Andre Quinto, LPT, earned Rank 8 with a rating of 93.20 percent in the Elementary Education level.*
