Circulo de Bacolod, in cooperation with the Bacolod Artists Group, opened a group art exhibit featuring the works of 29 visual artists at the Medical Clinic of Ayala Malls Capitol Central, Bacolod City on June 11, in line with the celebration of Philippine Independence.
Guests of honor at the opening were Bacolod Councilor Cindy Rojas; Mansion de Bacolod owner Aufred Sa-onoy; Association of Business Women in Commerce and Industry president Phoebe David; VMA CEO John Orola; Cecilia Orola Cech; Healthcare professional and cultural advocate Patty Jane Ong; Mirriam Bayles, founding member of Babayi Group; Deoden Monillo, owner of Chicken and Baboy Terminal; and Dolly Gatuslao, Feminine Touch president.
The exhibit was spearheaded by Patty Jane Ong, Circulo de Bacolod business manager, Bacolod Artists’ Group president, and Art Association of Bacolod-Negros treasurer.

The featured artists were Miriam Bayles, Anita Feria, Dolly Gatuslao, Patty Jane Ong, Pablita Nava, Chrysee Samillano, Giljohn Gadivida, Ramon Caesar Alonso, Alfred Esparcia, Kristine Alonso, Sugar Tonogbanua, Steve Maquiling, Konica Faustino, Sony Golez, Beth Puey, Ramon de los Santos, Cyrene Cuenca, Doreen Dofitas, Smari Basio, Revo Yanson, Cresline Corsiga, Agustin Chavez, Juliet Emperado, Rose Jimeno, Mei Lonasco, Roanna Ruperto, Vero Angelo, Maria Theresa Perez, Daniel Bayles, Elijah Bayles, and Bamboo Tonogbanua.*
